This returns policy applies to all purchases of our services on iptvtelewizja.pl and related websites.
By purchasing our services, you agree to all terms, conditions, and policies described on this page. Please review our returns policy before making a purchase, as returns that fall outside of its scope will be rejected and may be considered abuse of our service. This may result in exclusion from future access to certain parts of our service, such as customer service.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not process refunds after the first 24 hours of purchase. Please review the terms below for a better understanding.
What is our service?
Our service is live TV broadcasts that can be played using IPTV players like IPTV Smarters Pro . Other features we consider bonus, such as EPG, Catch-up, and VOD , are not part of our service.
When do we make a refund?
New customers are entitled to a full refund within the first 24 hours of purchase if:
We were unable to provide the service due to technical issues on the server side.
This means that the problem must be due to our infrastructure, not to customer settings or problems on the ISP’s side.
This does not apply to interruptions due to maintenance or system updates performed by our technical team after 24 hours of purchase.
In case of doubt, the customer can ask our support department for a video recording confirming that the access data is working properly.
We did not send the access details within 48 hours of your purchase (please also check your “Spam” and “Offers” folders and add info.iptvtelewizja@gmail.com to your contact list).
Note: These terms apply only to new customers, not to subscription renewals. The first 24 hours after purchase are not considered a trial period and may be canceled at any time.
Customer obligations before purchasing the service
We only provide access to our servers (M3U, Xtream Codes, or Portal Link). Other requirements are the client’s responsibility and include:
Supported device: phone, computer, Smart TV or other device with the ability to install an IPTV player.
A stable internet connection: We recommend a minimum speed of 50 Mbps for smooth streaming. We are not responsible for any disruptions due to internet speed.
VPN: A VPN is essential to avoiding restrictions imposed by your internet service provider. Not all VPNs are suitable for IPTV – if in doubt, contact us for recommendations.
IPTV player: an application installed on the client device.
When do we not make a refund?
We are only responsible for problems resulting from server failure.
We do not provide refunds after the first 24 hours of purchase because we reserve resources and incur costs with the cloud provider, which are non-refundable.
Requesting a refund after months of using the service is considered abuse.
If your internet service provider (ISP) imposes restrictions and you do not use a VPN, we are not responsible for any service failure.
We consider any claims that do not meet technical requirements to be an abuse of our service.

Typical response time is up to 24 hours.
