General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) apply to all contracts concluded via the website iptvtelewizja.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) between the operator iptvtelewizja.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

3. Conclusion of the contract
The contract between the Customer and the Supplier is concluded when the Customer places an order via the Website and the Supplier accepts the order. Acceptance occurs by sending an order confirmation to the email address provided by the Customer.

The Customer must have a sufficiently fast internet connection and a compatible device to use the Provider’s services. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure these requirements are met.
5. Prices and payment terms
Current prices for the services offered are listed on the Provider’s website. All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. Payment is made using the payment methods provided by the Provider.

10. Final provisions
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions will remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a suitable provision that most closely reflects the parties’ intentions.
